Each artwork is carefully packaged to protect natural materials.
Processing time: 3–5 business days (unless otherwise noted on the product page).
2. Shipping Methods
We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.
3. Domestic Shipping (USA)
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or holidays.
4. International Shipping
If offered, international orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered,” we cannot replace or refund it.
If a package is lost in transit, contact us, and we will assist with a carrier claim.

Artwork is shipped in protective, eco‑friendly packaging designed to prevent bending, moisture, or impact damage.
