Leaves of the Desert creates handcrafted botanical artwork made with natural materials. Because each piece is unique, we handle returns with care and transparency.

2. Returns & Exchanges

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Each artwork is handmade and may include natural variations that are part of its character.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Include your order number and clear photos of the damage

• Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved

We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.

4. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. After that window, cancellations are not guaranteed.
